Bringing the benefits into schools
Our school enrichment programmes bring all the benefits of our after school drama classes to your traditional school day.
We work with schools across the South Hertfordshire region to help develop confidence, speech & language skills and a whole lot more. You can visit our about page and our classes page to find out more about what we do and the fantastic benefits that we bring to our students.
We offer a range of different ways for us to work together to help support your children’s development, including…
Assemblies: Following one of our school workshops, we’re happy to demonstrate some of the skills the children have learnt in a school assembly.
After school classes: Using your hall space and taking children exclusively from your school, we can offer parents a reduced rate for classes.
In school classes: Working around your timetable and budget, we can help progress any topic being covered enhance other parts of your curriculum.
Arts weeks: We could provide a whole day of drama, or a series of lessons over a week to help celebrate and reinforce the importance of the arts.
Issue related lessons: If you are addressing issues such as bullying, we can conduct drama sessions to reinforce the subject.
Play in a day: If one of your classes can spare the time, we’ll work with them for the whole day and produce a short play to be performed to an invited audience.
Teacher skills: Your teachers are always welcome to participate, and we’ll happily conduct sessions as a demonstration of some of the methods they can use to further develop children’s communication skills in the classroom.
“We thought it was fantastic. The sessions were both fun and well managed. We were particularly impressed with how they created a whole play in such a short amount of time and how ever child had a line. There was also a great variety of drama games that developed the children’s confidence, pronunciation, imagination and ability to project their voice. It was the best drama workshop we’ve ever seen in a school.
Really look forward to working with you again soon.”
